Microsoft® Project® Integration

iS*Project deploys tasks directly from Microsoft Project Plans and receives updates automatically.  All you need is Team Member's email address.

As anyone using Microsoft Project knows, it is a flexible scheduling product great for setting up a new project and viewing the planned schedule on a Gantt Chart.  Where it fails is in keeping it up-to-date.  The Project manager must become a slave to collecting status reports and updating their MPP file.  iS*Project provides the missing components of  Microsoft Project.  For Project Managers using Microsoft Project integration with iS*Project is quick and easy.

Publishing to iS*Project

• Create the MPP plan as normal.

• Click the Publish button from the iS*Project toolbar.

Status Report Queue

• Status reports are retained within a queue.

• PM has the option to review the queue prior to updating the MPP file.

Updated tasks flagged for review

• Colored dots indicate discrepancies between scheduled and actual values.

• PM retains control of updates.
